Send a document or a whole folder on WhatsApp or by email, as a link that works for 24 hours
On a phone you can also share the file itself through the share menu

Who can do what: The family admin decides for each member whether they can view or edit Documents, or have no access to it. The feature can also be switched off for the whole family.
