The household’s shared lists: groceries and tasks, with a person responsible in their own color, a due date, and tasks and lists that come back by themselves.

Several lists on the home page that the whole family sees and ticks. When someone adds or checks something, the others get an update.

Managing lists

Several lists with your own names; add, rename and delete (with a warning before deleting a list that has items)
Add an item in one line, and mark it "done" with a tap
"Clear checked" deletes everything already done
Done items drop to the bottom and open ones stay on top

Order and sharing

Drag an item to another position, or to another list
Reorder the lists by drag, and pin the important ones to the top: the order is shared by the whole family
Fold and open each list, "my tasks" and everything at once. A folded list keeps its title, the person responsible and how many tasks are left, and the state is remembered on your device
Every change appears for the other members
A notification to the rest of the family when an item is added or checked off (you can switch it off in the settings)

Responsible person and date

Every task can be handed to a family member, and only that person gets a notification about it
The home page has a “My tasks” group with everything handed to you, from every list
A list tied to a date shows the date and how many days are left
Every family member picks in the settings the name shown and one of ten colors; the person responsible shows as a circle in their color with their first letter, dashed when it comes from the whole list
Recurring tasks: they come back every few days, weeks or months. After you mark one done a bar shows the time left, and on the day it returns the person responsible is notified
Recurring lists: the whole list resets on a fixed schedule, every task in it is open again, and the person responsible for the list is notified

Links from the list card

Small icons at the top of each list: a date, Google Calendar and a document folder. Colored means the list is linked, grey means not yet
A whole list can be handed to one person: every new task belongs to them at once, with no need to assign it again
A task explicitly given to someone else stays theirs, and the person responsible for the list is notified about it

Who can do what: The family admin decides for each member whether they can view or edit Lists, or have no access to it. The feature can also be switched off for the whole family.
